Food and staff were very good, and the hotel itself was quiet. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Hoan Kiem district. View from the terrace was delightful. Moreover, it had free Wi Fi in all rooms.

A huge variety of extra supplies: a mini fridge bar, a laptop-compatible safe and a radio. Loved the bed, it was comfortable. If you like the busy area, then it would be an amazing base for you. There is banh mi pho serving quick meals 5 mins walk from the hotel. Thank you, you are dope...
